How does it work for Universities?

Select Programs

Universities are able to implement INVICTA in undergraduate and graduate programs. Measurements must take place in at least 16 courses for undergraduate programs, and 8 courses for graduate programs.

Select Courses

Once the programs have been selected, choose the courses of each program where measurements will take place. It is recommended to include at least 2 courses per semester for undergraduate programs and 4 courses per semester for postgraduate programs.

Select Groups

In every course, the professor will be able to use the web application to generate groups of students for collaborative activities. Groups may be assigned either randomly, by the professors’ selection, by the students themselves, or using a balanced-teams tool.

Assign Collaborative Course Project to Students

Ask groups to perform a collaborative project.
Projects ought to be dynamic, in a way that students have to interact as much as possible throughout the assigned times.

Request Evaluation

Once the project is done, students should measure 5 core soft skills of their group peers using INVICTA’s web platform.
