How does it work for Companies?

Select Areas or Departments

Companies may implement INVICTA in any functional area or department. As a main requirement, measurements should be carried out on a minimum of 8 projects/tasks per year within the same area or department.

Select Projects or Tasks

Once the areas or departments have been picked, choose the projects where evaluations will take place for each area. It is recommended to have at least 4 projects per semester or either 8 projects per year.

Select Workgroups

For every chosen project, project leaders should register one or more workgroups. Workgroups may be assigned either randomly, by the leader’s selection, by the collaborators themselves, or using a balanced-teams tool.

Assign Collaborative Projects or Tasks

Ask workgroups to perform a collaborative task.
Tasks ought to be dynamic, in a way that collaborators have to interact as much as possible throughout the assigned times.

Request Collaborators to Measure their Peers

Once a task is over, the assigned collaborators should measure 5 core soft skills of their workgroup peers using INVICTA’s web platform.

Companies will be capable to measure their employees' soft skills, compare collaborators and areas performance, and hence encourage everybody to improve themselves.
